People and relationships matter.

I received an MA in Marriage, Couple and Family Counseling from George Fox University. In 2019, I completed specialized training to receive a certificate in

Roshana Grile, MA, LPC
Adoptive and Foster Family Therapy through Portland State University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Oregon (#C7490). To maintain my license, I am required to participate in ongoing continuing education every year, taking classes dealing with subjects relevant to my clients.
Prior to becoming a counselor, I worked as an elementary school teacher for several years in Central America as well as on the east coast. I still enjoy exercising my teaching skills by leading parenting workshops for caregivers and groups for children and adolescents.
I love learning new things, especially from the little ones in my life. I have discovered that they are often the best and most unassuming teachers and have much to offer if those around will take the time to listen. I also love sunshine, cooking new recipes, reading, and breaking up the monotony of the daily routine with spontaneous and playful activities or day trips that invite new adventures.
I consider it a tremendous honor to have the opportunity to walk alongside the individuals and families I meet for a season of life and to help nurture lasting change.
